Our team has the ability to design your prototype from scratch or take the design you have and make them come to life. Digital Artist is able to get our clients a very accurate model that in some cases is a combination of thousands of layers and faces to compile an accurate 3D design. We can achieve this with a few different types of technology. One of them is photogrammetry which is a process we can do with a simple digital camera. The other is a very accurate option for large-scale models. This is our LiDar drone. LiDar incorporates thousands of lasers that can detail everything down to individual blades of grass over acres of land. This is of course a more expensive option but one that allows for a very large model to be created. Our team designed and engineered our own LiDar drone that we used to accomplish these models. For those in need of real cityscapes, we have access to Open Streets Maps allowing us to slice and modify cities or landscapes within the open street maps platform and use those files for digital modeling or printing purposes. In all situations, we are willing to work under Non-Disclosure-Agreements and Intellectual Property Rights contracts.
We have a variety of 3D filaments to develop your prototype. Many of the 3D filaments are American made products and meet quality standards. Our team of engineers have the ability to put your prototype through a dynamic testing software that allows us to put your prototype through a number of different situations. We can check for weakness’ in your design or material choices before actually implementing the prototype allowing you to cut production cost and make the most efficient product for your clients.
Additionally, we provide indoor and outdoor, architecture and engineering. We can achieve CNC router cutting, engraving, and create in-house AutoCAD designs with ease. Our CNC machines can process aluminum, wood, acrylic, and various plastics. There is a wide range of applications that you can engrave with our machine accessories such as deep 2D and 3D engravings in stainless steel, aluminum, granite, marble, and wood.
